Welcome!

First of all, thank you so much for visiting my little store!! I truly value each and every person who supports this little stay-at-home-mom (technically, now a work-at-home-mom) venture.

Every single one of my items is designed and handmade by me in a smoke free, pet free home. I use 100% designer quality cotton, which is very soft to the touch. In my items, you will find professionally finished seams, no raw edges, rolled hems, and professional tagging (including a satin care label and size). Your item will be packed in a protective bag, tied with a ribbon, and will also include a note and a business card. I want you to feel pampered and I strive for that every step of the way! I take great pride in my work and spend the extra time it takes to make sure it's perfect for you.

For rushes requiring delivery within 7 business days from payment to date needed, there is a $5 service fee.

PAYMENT:
Payment must be received within three days of purchase or the sale will be canceled.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Work will not begin on an item before payment is complete. I require full payment for each purchase before an item is started.

Maryland residents must pay an additional 6% sales tax which is collected through Paypal.

SHIPPING:
All of my items are shipped priority via USPS with delivery confirmation. Once an item is shipped, it should arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days. If you need an item sooner, I am willing to cooperate, but you are responsible for additional postage charges.

**I ship to the address listed in Paypal. If your address is incorrect in Paypal, please contact me to confirm the correct shipping address. I am not responsible for items that are undeliverable/lost in the mail because of a faulty address.**

International Orders: All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
As each item is custom made to order, no returns are permitted. If you're unsure of the size, please see my listing size specifications or contact me directly.

If an item arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact me within 10 days to rectify the situation. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will either refund your payment or replace the item. I must receive the item back before a refund or replacement is made. If an item is not returned within 30 days of initial communication, right to replacement is forfeited.
